Hello all. I accidentally planted three green giants in my neighbors yard. Need to move them back like 4-5 feet. Trees are like 10 feet tall now. Any tips on doing this? Thank You. Joe

Have you asked your neighbor if he would accept the gift of these plants? Or are they planted in such a location that is unacceptable to the neighbor though beneficial to you?

if they will not accept the gift..

i would move them in fall.. when you are sure there will be no more 100 degrees day .. and nights will be more certain to be in the 60's or so ...

actually though.. if it were me i would not move a 10 foot tree ... but if they dont want them.. and they want them moved... and you have to dig them out anyway ... may as well try ...

Joett, once you've answered the above questions, I can give you a detailed description of how to dig and move the tree. It's one of those things that takes a lot of words to explain, though a fairy simple operation. So I'm holding off for now!
