What are you seeing that is bothering you?

The colour has gone out of the pinker leaves and the overall plant is just looking tired......the picture was when it was in good condition and it looks firm and sprightly but this last week it looks a bit drooped and sadder

Sure it didn't get too dry at the root?

We get good rainfall here in Yorkshire and on warm days the plants are well watered.....we have a very large garden that has been established over 47 years, I may be going back this week to take a look at it as its in my grandfathers garden and try and get some updated pics

Its the new growth that is pink and as it matures it turns green. To keep the plant producing pink foliage, give it a trim.

It could be root/pot bound, as it is a willow and willows grow fast.

I would plant it in the ground real soon.
