Tall skinny tree suggestions, non invasive roots. Pic attached

I'm in zone 9/10 with clay soil. I'd like privacy screening tree or shrub in this tight space 3-4'. The retaining wall is 6' deep. I'd like the plant to be atleast 20' tall. Full sun. I'm assuming the roots can't be invasive either since both sides are with retaining walls.
No cypress, bamboo or posionious tree suggestions please.
