Which hornbeam variety for this garden?

I am planning on planting 5 tall and narrow trees like the ones in this drawing. The landscape designer who prepared this sketch suggested Carpinus betulus (European Hornbeam), but I am confused about which variety would work best - columnaris, Franz Fontaine or Fastigiata?
Fastigiata is available at our local nursery however I'm worried that it gets too wide at the bottom.
