| I planted a 2.5" shantung maple in early spring. Its been doing fine until I noticed it dropping lots of green leaves today. I have lots of new growth but I did notice spots on some of the leaves. |

| what is all the binding all about???? .. thqt isnt staking in my book how long has it been planted.. oops.. this spring eh.. dig a hole NEXT to what you planted.. and find out if there is any moisture AT DEPTH.. in the soil ... report back .. need a better pic of the whole.. including where it sticks out of the ground.. the leaf damage looks cosmetic how and when do you water it are you in drought... did you remove the burlap??? when in spring did you plant it ... is it mulched??? ken |
