Robinia 'Twisty Baby' propagation

I purchased "Twisty Baby" at the nursery three years ago when it was about five feet tall. It is now about fifteen feet tall, and this year I have about a dozen seedlings scattered around my yard. I have read that the only way to propagate it is through cuttings or grafting. Does this mean my seedlings will not be true to form?

Seedlings, or rootstock sprouts? Are they twisted?

My guess is that they are some sort of black locust seedlings...not going to be twisted.

I have twisty baby also and the seedlings aren't twisted.

Growing seedlings is perfectly OK, even if they have characteristics similar to the parent. But, do be aware that vegetatively propagation (cuttings, grafts, etc) of Robinia pseudoacacia 'Lace Lady' (Twisty Baby's real name) is illegal without permission. See patent info linked below.

No, Ken, it is not grafted. If so, I would not have asked the question. I'm a certified landscape design professional, not a rookie. Your response was insulting.
Bboy, they are not root sprouts. Yes, they are definitely "twisted."
Brandon, thanks for the link, even though I'm aware of propagation laws, it never hurts to be reminded.
I guess I'll just pot some up and see how they develop over the next few years.
Thanks all for your help.

Highlandboy...found another seedling today that is indeed twisted! Looks like mama in every way. It is also growing FAST!
