Young sugar maple tree with Leaf scorch

Howdy, fellow gardeners and tree lovers. I have a young sugar maple tree. This sugar maple has been growing on my property for about 4 years. I bought the tree from Forest Farm online nursery (the company is located in Oregon). l pamper the tree with fresh mulch, a little tree tone fertilizer in the spring and plenty of water. But every year around the middle of July until the end of August the tree sub comes to leaf scorch. Other than leaf scorch the tree is healthy with average to above average leaf size and puts on two to three feet of new growth a year. So my question is will the tree grow out of leaf scorch as it gets older or should I get rid of the tree? I live in Southeast Tennessee (Chattanooga). Thank You, any suggestion would be great. I hate seeing this tree suffer every summer with leaf scorch. (also the tree has gotten a little worse then what the pictures below show)

Here is what the whole tree looks like. The scorch is a little worse now.

you would get rid of a tree .. simply because all its leaves are pretty????

pshaw.. ignore it.. looks hale and healthy to me..

me doth think ye protest too much ... which is another way of suggesting you might be loving it to death.. in this case.. literally... since you are thinking about killing it ....

FF sends a foot tall plants, dont they ..... and thats your tree in 4 years???? .. crikey man... sick trees dont grow that fast..... enjoy it.. dont worry about it...

ps: i would NOT bother feeding a maple anything either.. use up what you got.. but its a tree.. not a child.. it doenst need to be fed.. and proof of that.. is that freakin monster behind it.. which i am sure.. no one has fed in the last 50 to 100 years ...

Thanks ken_adrian, it did have me concerned, just hope it grows out of this leaf scorch phase. .

@ ken_adrian, yeah Forest farm usually sends one or two foot tall plants. Trees can vary, this one was like five feet when purchased.
