some sort of leaf spot. I don't know a lot about it, but just google apple leaf spot. The holes might be insect damage

It looks like a common fungus. Something to not concern yourself over, however, take your question to the Fruit and Orchard Forum.

Fruit trees never have perfect leaves, btw. I don't care how much you spray them.

The round spots look like Cedar-Apple rust.

there is some poor pruning there also.. in the first pic ...

it most likely did not bloom because its roots arent mature enough for such.. which you did not mention it was a recent planting..

or the blooms were frost/freezed ...

it will not bloom this year...

you dont mention where you are...
