Korean Giant consistently gets rave reviews there, but it was a DOG in my orchard - exquisitely susceptible to fireblight(which ultimately took it out), very unproductive - typically set only 3 or 4 fruits, while other Asian pears were loaded - and yes, they were huge, beautiful fruits, but watery and tasteless.
Makes me wonder if it came mis-labeled from the nursery, as everyone else seems to love it.

if you order now.. you use teh phone.. and discuss delivery time...

AFTER determining PROPER PLANTING TIME... for your location ...

perhaps the county Ag office can tell you ... or you can at least give us a city/state ... and we can GUESS ...

agree on using the fruit forum... its their specialty ... use them
