First one looks like callery pear, second looks like Rose of Sharon and I'd say the third might be a Prunus (cherry) of some sort.

I'll second the rose of sharon for #2 but I'm dead on the rest.

Pyrus calleryana
Hibiscus syriacus*
Malus sp.

*2 possible causes of doubt are the elongated outlines of the terminal leaves and the lack of flowers - but otherwise it looks quite typical

I wouldn't have guess that the first was a pear. The leaves looked too ruffled and elongated.

Third is some type of apple or crabapple.
