I like cutting on trees which have no leaves to deal with.

For fun I might cut open the bark and get several kinds of poison into the vascular system. Honestly I would still expect some suckers and I would just mow or round up them. No big deal.

Don't poison the tree if you aren't 100% sure you are going to remove it soon.

stump killing has nothing.. absolutely nothing to do .. with SPRAYING A TREE ...

cut tree to ground ... use full strength round up.. generic.. or stump killer... using the applicator at the link ...

you apply it to the green line just inside the bark .. the cambian layer... which is the vascular system of the tree ... that will suck it down into the roots ... no need to waste product on the interior heart wood ... as it does not move fluids ... in essence.. its dead static wood ...

many of these carp trees.. dont get the idea .. so anytime you see a sucker.. snip and drip ..

store unused product in properly labeled container.. be safe.. and keep at it.. until you win ... and it might take a year or two ..

stump killing is a labeled use of RU ... and we always reed the labels ....

said procedure will work on any green plant .. that you dont want to dig up ... snip and drip ...

as i said.. its not a spray thing ... extreme minimal use .. and selective.. specific application ...
