Well, I think you've commented on enough of my plant ID requests to know that I literally know nothing about plants/trees...

So, this Euonymus kiautschovicus is a shrub? Is it a climber? Because it appears to be climbing a tree and a fence. And I don't see its source, so I *think* that it may be climbing over my fence from the neighbor's yard. (Which I will not complain about because it's gorgeous.)

It doesn't exactly climb, like ivy, but as its common name, Spreading Euonymus, suggests, it can spread out and very well could be coming over your fence from your neighbor. I think it's a lovely shrub and if you like it too then you're lucky to share this 'borrowed' plant with your neighbor.

If you don't want it on your fence, you can cut it back and you probably won't harm the plant.
