Fast Growing Privacy Trees

We just moved into a house with a modest back yard and some common space (about 10 feet) between us and a new construction home behind. There is a decent tree line with some mature oaks, but we have a space of about 20 feet that is empty and the windows of the new construction house can look right down on our backyard and patio. I need to put in some privacy trees that will grow FAST & need to get to 15 - 20 feet quickly. We are in middle TN, zone 6b. Any & all suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
