_A 50-60-ft oak is dying. It is situated next to a driveway for a small set of mountainside villas.
_Higher branches are dying and getting caught in the branches of surrounding trees.
_It is a safety hazard to cars and hikers, so residents agree it needs to be removed.
_Local arborist claims that proper truck-mounted equipment cannot make it to the subject area, and that climbing it to cut from the top will be dangerous. (a second opinion is on its way)
