Pink Lady Apple tree dying...help!

Hi there,

I'm new to growing apple trees and I planted 2 very young trees that I bought from Summerstone Nursery online. They arrived with bare roots and I planted them in full sun. The new leaves started growing within a week, then were attacked by some type of pest or disease. One of my trees is a pink lady (cripps) and one is a granny smith. The granny smith is also under attack but not half as bad as the pink lady.

Is there a broad spectrum insecticide/disease treatment that I can spray on them? I want to make sure the apples are safe to eat (if the trees ever do produce!).

BTW, I'm near Nashville in Tennessee, zone 7a. I'm new to the South and really floored by the pests here! It was so much easier in my native state...California!

I'll add photos later when I can get to the trees. Thanks!
