I have this huge tree in my back yard. Does anyone know what kind of tree it is?

Hard to say, but the trunk flair looks like an oak. Could be pin or scarlet oak.

REALLY need leaf pics, tho.

Definitely an oak in the "red oak group". Could be a Scarlet oak. If you look at the pointy part of the acorn, is there a faint ring engraved around the point?

Looks like pin oak. As they get large they lose the classic pyramidal look.
