Is this a Mulberry Tree/Sprouts?

Last year while hiking the appalachian trail near my place in south central PA we came on a giant outcropping of mulberries, ripe for the eating. It was a delicious feast after a long day of hiking. I noted a parking area right near the spot and hiked the trail again a few days ago in search of the spot. I believe I had found it, but it's too late in the season for the berries. There had been some heavy rain a few days before so any of the fallen berries had been washed away. I found a few images of mulberry tree sprouts and tree identifications online, but it's very hard for me to make the identification. I found a few sprouts on the ground, just off the path and ready to get trampled, so I dug up two in hopes they are mulberry tree sprouts. I also found a giant branch had been taken down, probably due to the storms a few days before. I pulled off a few branches, between 3-4 feet with green leaves on them, and brought it all home. A few branches are out back in some piles of dirt, a few are in some potted dirt and the sprouts are in some pots. (I'm trying to get one to grow/root). One of each of the potted sprouts and branches are outside and one of each are inside.

Long story short, could anyone help me verify these are mulberry trees/sprouts and let me know if my methods will in the end get me a mulberry tree?
