Height of top-grafted standard shrub/trees?

Hi all -

I was looking at an "Autumn Magic" chokecherry (Aronia melanocarpa) today. It was grafted to a 4' standard trunk.

Presuming the shrub in its natural form would get to be around 6'T x 6'W, how large could I reasonably expect this grafted shrub to get?
