37F here this morning. Close enough that the next cool spell may very well get to freezing. Mid-Sept is about the earliest I've ever seen frost in my life & a month earlier than avg.

Still 65F in daytime and not below 48F at night. This growing season has been fantastic.

Low/mid 70's by day...crystal clear skies, low to mid 50's by night for days into the extended forecast.

All tropicals still out, including coconuts.

We could use more rain.

September is my favorite weather month!

The ground is too warm. Also I don't see a single mid to major city in New York that will be lower than 40?

It was 36 here other night. Not a single concern of frost even with the weather folks.

It's going to be a snowy Halloween if you all are getting near frost so soon up there.

Down here it got into the upper 60's last night and the night before with highs about 80, I'm ready for it to get even cooler but the low 90's will be back this week, unfortunately.

No frost! I just checked. Whaas, you were right, as usual. lol

Low only 40F. Dew point was high enough that fog formed and curtailed radiation to the cold sky.

Update:

We had a very, VERY light frost yesterday morning, and today a moderate frost.

The trees will be changing color here very soon, Hooray! Can't wait for the beautiful colors to show up.

The big lake will protect us for a while yet, but eventually turn into a snow machine. Sure miss those 90's.

OldFixer, Zone means your hardiness (winter) zone. If you are 10 you are good for a good while yet. Maybe forever. I haven't been made aware of a frost coming here yet. I would guess the end of this month or the early part of October for me.
