While acorns are good, acorns alone cannot always make for a definitive identification. You can certainly get some guesses.

Can you at least show some leaves from these trees next to the acorns?

I'll second the prior post, but I suppose that I'd have to agree with your assessment in that the lower row of acorns look like all of those that I've identified as Black Oaks. (Q.Velutina)

Ok, I was able to take more pictures over the weekend. Here is a picture of the leaves that go with the top row of acorns.

And here is a picture of the leaves that accompany the bottom row of acorns.

Looks opposite of what you were guessing. In your last 2 leaf pics, the top looks like black oak (including the trunk color), bottom like scarlet or pin oak.
