Early Fall

Leaves seem to be dropping early this year in response to growing dryness in parts of the Northeast and Mid Atlantic. Been the pattern this Summer...flood or flash drought. Looking more like October than mid September. Keep this in mind if you are doing Fall planting of trees and shrubs, and don't forget to water!

Minnesota is not dry this year, but it has been a cool summer and we had temps in the 30s last night - frost on the car! The annual understory is already starting to die back.
Calgary Alberta had like a foot of snow! (1/3 metre, ay?)
