Tree identification

Hello - I am an avid collector of seeds of any good looking tree that I hope will grow here. Unfortunately, many of the seed trees I collect from are unidentified so I have a growing collection of unknown seedlings.

I have been tring to find a database of flag leaves (cotyledons) but have managed to find only a few so I would be very grateful if someone could identify some or all of these seedling trees

tree1

tree2

tree3

tree4

tree5

tree6

tree7

tree8

tree9

tree10

Having been much impressed by this site, I live in hope.

Many thanks in advance

Michael

1 ?
2 & 3 A lime Tilia, with abnormal leaf shape, possibly a genetic disorder, possibly herbicide drift damage?
4 An ash Fraxinus
5 Hornbeam Carpinus betulus
6 ?
7 Probably a plum Prunus
8 ?
9 Possibly another plum?
10 A row of ashes on the right and front left; not sure on the back left

First one is a Styrax. I recognize others but do not feel like negotiating so many pictures in one thread.

Resin, could 9 be a whitebeam/Sorbus of some kind?

1 First one is a Styrax - thank you bboy.
Thank you resin for your help in identifying some of these trees - I have 3 seedlings of the Tilia of which
2 are like tree 2 and one like 3 - I have decided that they must be Tilia Platyphyllos Laciniata (no spray drift & I do not think genetic disorder except originally when the mutation occurred) no3 is a better looking tree but nothing great.
4 An ash Fraxinus - but which one? not excelsior. One of the american ones?
5 Hornbeam Carpinus betulus - could it be Caroliniana?
6 could this be an Halesia ?
9 flora-uk asks Resin, could 9 be a whitebeam/Sorbus of some kind? It's leaves do have white underside
10 A row of ashes on the right and front left; not sure on the back left - some kind of ash + back left celtis ocidentalis

#4 could perhaps be Manna Ash F. ornus, but I'd suspect not reliably identifiable at this age.

Yep, #9 is a whitebeam of some sort, should've spotted that before!

Thanks Resin - I'm gradually getting there

4 looks like Fraxinus americana to me.

Resin, could #7 be a hawthorn?
I thought I was seeing some lobation on some leaves, and some petiole bases look to have 'wings'(I don't know the proper botanical term)?
