Hello,
I have this tree in my yard I'm trying to figure out what it is. Here is a pic: Photobucket

These flowerlike seeds attract a lot of bees - they also fall off quite often along with the leaves.

hm. Wow - that certainly seems to be it.

However, the top right picture where is shows berries doesn't look like it as my tree doesn't ever get berries. But then again the picture right above "flowers" is exactly it.

Could it somehow be that mine just never produces berries, or perhaps a different variety that doesn't?

You must not have caught the line in the wikipedia article - "the plant is diecious" -- either male or female.

So, you could either have a male plant, which would never bear berries, or you could have a "lonely" female plant without a nearby male to pollinate it.

If the photo of the blossoms was just a little bigger, it would be easy to tell which gender your tree is, but its just a little too small. If the flowers only contain stigmata with anthers, its male. If only a pistil, female.
