Yes, I remember it. I have two of them in pots and plan to put them down in the soil this fall. It appears they grow to very large shade trees.

Medium-large shade trees...I wouldn't say very large. Very large is reserved for the Tulip Trees, Sycamores, Oaks, and Maples for a start.
An exceptionally large mature Basswood is about the same as an average size mature Silver Maple.
