Just found out what we are doing tomorrow at a nearby town. We are watching the Michigan Tree Climbing Championship, a qualifier for the International Society of Arboriculture's 2015 Championship! Videos from past events look awesome. Can't wait to see people in the trees in a Holland, MI park where I spent time as a child. We NEVER did anything like this, though :)

FYI, the park is at 150 EAST 22nd St. Holland, MI, not the West 22nd reported in some places...in case anyone wants to make a last minute visit. My cousin lived near the park when I was young and the coolest thing we saw then was lots of squirrels chasing each other from treetop to treetop.
