Like Ken, I also thought cottonwood at first but I don't think that is it either.

Basswood perhaps?

Not a tree I have ever seen in person but compare with Triadica sebifera, Chinese Tallow Tree. Exotic invasive. Ties in with 'all over ' your yard.

Nice, Floral! I think she has the ID correct, NeedInfo. Unfortunately, the OP has shown in the past he/she does not care if a tree is a foreign invasive as long as it is pretty.

That is only because if trees are growing in a wild field and they are "chocking" out the natives, what does it matter if the whole area could soon be used for commericial and monetary purposes.
Then EVERYTHING will be gone.
