i wouldnt worry about it..

i would have it taken down.. before it smashes into that house.. and kills you in your sleep ...

i would do it.. even if that is the hated neighbors house ... insurance agents really have no sense of humor about these things ....

this is what happens when a unhealable stub is left.. there is the potential for the entire interior of that thing to rot.. or already have... as of right now.. IMHO... at distance of course.. it is defying gravity ... and gravity usually wins... and the only issue is WHEN????
