What should I do (avocado tree)?

Aleph

My tree is around 4/5 months old and was growing quite large so I took it out of the pot it had been growing in and planted it near it's father tree (the tree that I got the pit from).

Two days later, I start noticing some bugs buzzing around it and when I looked closer, I saw holes, white and brown splotches, and later on in the day, I saw a small part of a leaf (my baby tree only has around 7), cut off.

So after some research, I think it's because of lace bugs because the tree next to it has them (I can see the bugs under the leaf, and the dots and holes are identical). If I leave the tree there, the bugs will eventually eat all the leaves, so should I leave it there, or should I move it to another section of my garden?

If I move it and wash of the bugs, the leaves won't get eaten, but the tree might not like the change. But if I leave it there, the leaves might be eaten up completely, and it won't be able to make any food :(

WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Thank you in advance :)
