The one ouPhotobuckett of 3 Quercus Robur that is fall colored Pin oPhotobucket_blank">Photobucketak Beech Photobucket The Q. Robur isn't that great I guess, but the other 2 I have are very green yet. To the left of the Metasequoia is a very orange-red Swamp white oak. Why didn't I photograph that?!!!!! Well, I think last is my Nuttalls oak Photobucket Photobucket The last one was Q. Alba I misstakenly posted twice and didn't know where to stop erasing so I kept it. The first left to the Dawn redwood pic is Swamp white oak and the next pic with a tree left to the Dawn redwood is a Quercus Nuttalli. My Shumard should be posted but I must've forgot to photo it. In front of the Metasequoia is my Beech, I thinned it out alot this fall, it's barely even noticeable, I know growth will slow because of it, it will fluff up again. Hope this wasn't boring, I think most people like seeing others trees.

Poaky when those are big you are going to have a heck of a show. Nice metasequoia color!

Yeah Toronado, the Metasequoia is starting to put out some orange, but with Sandy coming thru thewre is a coating of ice on the ground and probably the trees. It was dark when the ice cover started so I am guessing there is a glaze on most trees. I do have a pic of the swamp white oak it is just a peach color not really red Photobucket

poaky, my 10' swamp white oak colored exactly like yours -- a warm golden yellow. Hoping it will continue that as it gets older.
