New federal legislation just hit the other day.

A warning to all homeowners that burn or bag their tree leaves will be subject to a $500 fine. The fine will be tripled if you use plastic bags.

Following that, Gardenweb added a new TOS rule that warns members not to post while under the influence of psychedelic drugs (-:

Maybe burning psychedelic drugs in a plastic bag should be illegal?

I should have checked that link to make sure it was legit, sorry about that.

I just walked over to my idiot neighbor that took the time to vac up his boxelder leaves (one his 1 acre property, might I add) that he bagged up in plastic bags to actually dispose with the regular waste pick up.

I dumped them all over my lawn to mulch them in. Wonder what he thought about that one!?!

Haha, I've done much the same. Always wonder what neighbors think when they see me raking leaves ONTO my lawn!
