Tree Leaf Identification

| I came across this leaf while raking leaves together to mulch them up.
The question is what kind of tree did it come from? Sycamore?

| Agreed they are dropping leaves here right now too. They tend to drop leaves throughout the growing season here. |

| I also think it is a Platanus (your Sycamore, my Plane)leaf. They are fairly variable in shape, especially on fast growing new shoots such as you get after pollarding or pruning. The veination, way it has crinkled and the texture look very familiar. |

| It looks very similar to the leaves on a Sycamore seedling I have, which is why I wondered if it was from a Sycamore. vince |
