Is this a Western Soapberry tree...or something else?

    If it is western soapberry, Sapindus drummondii, it will have semi-transparent amber berries with a black seed somewhat visible inside (when mature). Maybe in the picture the seeds aren't quite mature yet?

    Yea, I'm leaning towards Chinaberry now too, since there seem to be many of those in the area...

    It's a drought-hardy weedy tree, whose main usage might be for a natural pesticide/fungicide:
    "Azadirachtin, inhibits reproductive cycles among treated herbivore pests, buts degrades organically and poses no threats to treated or surrounding plants."
