| I zipped through your email and I am confused about all of it. The Email topaz etc is my moms email that I have used for a couple years but I have my own computer now and my own Email. My mom forwarded your email to me. There is a big mix-up. I don't know who Will Forester is. And the whole email is meant for someone else, Will Forester I presume. There is a mix-up big time! I am not expecting seed or plants from anybody at this time. You and I have emailed in the past, so that's how you got the topaz etc email, but all in your email is meant for someone else. If I can find your email I'll send you info on my new current email address. |

| I sent you an email Dax. I think you wanted me to read about the different hybrid oaks mentioned. I was thrown off at first. Or maybe the pitfalls of ebay and paypal. I didn't know you can't list seed/plant sources on here without getting sent an email that it's a no-no. It was a hard to find plant and I got excited when I saw it for sale. Sorry if I broke some rule. Well, I guess that's it. |

I've been on here for many years and seen hundreds of people do this. I've never seen a single one get in trouble for it. It would be against GW's TOS to advertise your own listings, but I'm fairly sure it's perfectly fine to simply list a source or post info about a sale, etc. Actually a significant part of the conversations, in some forums, is about sources. If someone told you that your post was improper, maybe they mistakenly thought you were advertising your own listing or something. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it if someone said that (except may to specify that it wasn't your product, in future posts). |

| if you hit dax's highlighted name.. next to any of his posts.. it takes you to his member's page.. wherein there is a link to SEND HIM AN EMAIL ... other than that.. the only objection i have to personal notes in a forum.. is that you are excluding me.. and it hurts my feelings.. so now i have to logoff and go weep in a dark closet.. feeling left out ... as to sellers.. etc .. you can not advertize.. if you ARE THE SELLER ... otherwise talking about such is not a problem ... see above re: weeping ken |

| Sorry Ken, To add insult to injury, I waited a while to respond! There's lots going on here in my day to day. Don't worry Ken, There are strangely enough, reference in day to day life that make ME think of you, I can't speak for Dax. Every newscast of trees falling on roofs etc, that type of thing. I got an email, a nice reminder about no advertising, it was surprising, but cordial. I brought up a hard to find oak( Acorns) that ebay had up for bid/sell. Q. Fusiformis. I think I'm the only one that thinks they are so wonderful since they only grow about a foot a year in zone 6, so far anyway. I'm hoping I live long enough to see small tree form. They will be massive eventually. |
