Please help me Identify this pine tree

| This tree is located in Los Angeles down the street from the house I was raised i and has been there for atleast 30 yrs and I would love to find out what kind it is so I can maybe get one to plant here in my yard. Anyone have any ideas on what it may be? thanks

By the way, if it is an Araucaria it wouldn't be hardy in zone 6. hortster |

| It can be grown as a houseplant though. It grows well indoors for many years. It can be grown in zone 8 here in Florida. We have coning, mature ones nearby. They are only damaged when temps fall to the mid teens.. |
