The tree is around 50' tall, and at the base of the limbs only extends around 14'. It has weeping branches, along with pine cones that are 2"-3" in length. Close-ups and other photos below. If anyone could help me to identify this tree I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

guess: picea abies.. a pic of the full tree may have helped

its a conifer... not the generic 'evergreen' ...

Here is a picture of the whole tree, it is outlined in orange. The picture isn't very good, but it's the best I can get at the trees location.

Norway spruce- its the only spruce you will commonly find with such large cones (at least that I have seen).

and it sure is sparse.. probably starved for sunshine, since the other trees overgrew it ...

Perhaps a Brewer's spruce? It has long cones like that. And it can be very sparse or quite dense.

Looks quite like Norway spruce. These often display pendent side branches with age. Rare and slow-growing Siskiyou spruce produces flat needles and has a grayish or silvery overall appearance, does not grow well outside of its native Pacific coastal region and comparatively similar cooler maritime climates such as those of Britain and northern Europe. Its cones are also different.

Brewer's Spruce also has needles about twice as long. Sorry, definitely not that!
