Missouri Department of Conservation Spring Seedling Order Time!

Here it is again. At least Missouri's Department of Conservation is offering the seedling bundles again. If you are in Missouri and need 25 Quercus Rubras (red oak) you can get them for $8 plus shipping. They have mixed bundles also for those of us who don't have room for 25 Carya illinoesnis in our yard. Too expensive, how about 25 Pinus echinata for $4?

Some of the mixed bundles include:

Wetland - 30 seedlings for $15

Quail Cover - $35 for 75

Nut Tree - $15 for 30 mixed nut trees

Naturally all are "for use in Missouri only" but I bet most of the other states offer a similar programs.

Here is a link that might be useful: MDC Order Form

Yes, that place has great prices. I had to switch to them for my pitlolly source after the ohio state nursery closed ,because not enough people were buying trees from them.
