White Pine Stopped Growing Straight

Upload

I did quite a bit of searching on this prior to posting, but not having any luck - maybe that's a sign that this shouldn't even be a concern, but here goes:

One of my 5 year old white pines (14 feet tall) started to branch out this summer at the top, rather than having a "lead" branch that continues in the upward/straight up direction (basically, none of the branches are continuing to grow up - all of them are at angles). The first snow of the year was today, and accumulation caused the entire top side of the tree to become weighed-down. The other pines were all pointing straight up.

Does anyone know if there's a way I can trim the tree to encourage a preferred lead branch, so that the straight-up growth continues, or should I just leave it?
