Need another ID again

I'm gonna learn them all someday I promise! Looking for trees so when I move I'll have some idea what's out there. This is growing along a city path/sidewalk and I find it very nice with the vibrant yellow. Not a big tree yet but I think it is some kind of nut. I've seen some big ones with the same shade of yellow but don't recognize it. There are three planted in a straight line you can see the other one in one of the pics. Not much color and the first one you don't see doesn't have any color. I'm thinking some kind of carya? What do you think?

White or Green?

Hard to tell but it looks like a white ash.

No. Green turns yellow and White has a wider range of colors in most cases.

Although I think White Ash is prettier...folks seem to plan Green Ash more often.

Is the underside of the leaf lighter in colour?
