Grapefruit tree losing leaves

I took my grapefruit tree indoors in October when the temperatures started to drop in Cleveland, Ohio. It was doing fine until recently, when it began dropping leaves. A lot of leaves. All are green and healthy looking. I've babied this tree for over 10 years, and I don't want to lose it. What shall I do?

well.. the standard 3 variables are sun/light, water and temp

how much sun is it getting ... are they only the lower.. older leaves??? perhaps interior leaves .... how do the buds at branch tip look?? ... pic???

are you over or under watering it.. whats the humidity in the house.. is the furnace hitting it ... drying it too much ...

as to temp.. how cold is the house at night.. are you sure you got it in.. before it got too cold one night ...

and when is the last time it was repotted ... hopefully sooner than the 10 years ???

as you can tell.. i have more questions.. than the facts you provide.. other than telling us they are falling of.. and you think you got it in soon enough ... well.. i cant tell???

a pic would be a great way to start ...any chance??

whatever you do.. 'feeding it' .. is NOT the answer ...
