Don Shadow on-line retail nursery

Seems to me that I've ran across an on-line retail nursery that sells Don Shadow nursery plants - anyone know what it might be? I've searched all my favorite to no avail and googled several word combinations with no luck.

Rare Find carries quite a bit of stuff that Don developed. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?

I'm familiar with RareFind in NJ. Seems to me the website I'm thinking about was in TN. Greenwood comes to mind, but that's not it either. It may not be in business at this time. Not looking for anything in particular, just wanted to look at their product.

Greenwood Nursery (not a great reputation, BTW) used to have a "Don Shadow's Signature Collection" page. It appears to no longer be available though (probably a good thing considering this nursery).

You can go through a list of Tennessee-based nurseries by going to Garden Watchdog and searching by state. I think I'm pretty familiar with most online nurseries from TN, and I don't know of one that specifically carries a line from Shadow Nursery. One local nursery I know of used to deal with Don quite a bit and used to do mail-order, but they no longer do mail-order and I don't know that they ever specifically advertised carrying anything from Shadow Nursery. Do let us know if you find anything.

Thanks - it was the Don Shadow's Signature Collection I was looking for.

Shadow Nursery is alive and well. You can also check in on his 'All Things Acer' web site. Don's nurseries (etc.) are in Winchester, TN.

Rhizo, I don't think Marshall was questioning that. He was trying to find a retail, mail-order nursery that carried Don's plants.
