Hello,
French Drains? What we have that was put in by the contractor is not very French :) I know absolutly nothing about this subject, irrigation, draining water. All I know is that it looks hideous and we need to do something about it. I would like to post some pics but I am not sure how. A "french drain" has been cut into the ground thats it. It looks like a trench, not a deep trench but thats what comes to mind. The ground is very saturated and the mud does not appear to dry up. There is standing water on either side of our property and it appears that the water will stand on our property when it rains. I have many concerns, bugs, mud, and injury. Some assitances would be greatly appreciated. Also if it is allowed I would like to post some pics.
thank you for your time,
