There is some information that would be useful to members reading this post. If you can answer these or someone can help find the answers for you. I don't know your experience with water's physical properties, so forgive me if I am describing things to simply.

1.Yield of well? How much flow(gallons per minute) the well can deliver.

2. The elevation difference in feet from the well water surface to the place you want to receive the water in your house.

3.How much water do you need to use. Gallons per day?

What you describe would be difficult. It is more efficient to push water uphill than to try to suck it up from above. You would need a perfectly air-tight system depending how high you have to move the water. Any air leak and your system would be useless. A simple electric submersible pump could lift the water to where you would like on demand from an off/on switch. Aloha.
