| mt, I do not live are the DC metro area, but I used to ice skate on the mirror pool once upon a time. Here is my two cents. Look up three licensed landscape contractors that have good records with the local better business bureau. They will let you know what a reasonable local price is for installing your system. This would be a good time to pick the best one and line him up to to the work later in the year when things thaw out. Aloha |
