Sprinkler System Problem with 1 Zone

I have a RainBird ESP-6, i believe, and I have 1 station that is not working and it used to work. I did not install the system so I am slowly learning how the lines are run and the wires that go along with them. I think that I have finally narrowed it down to 2 places that might be a problem. One place has a CP-100 valve on it and the other I think is more of the master valve(it has a valve on the top of it that I can manually turn on that station).

Is there a way that I can check both of these valves to make sure that the solenoid is working properly? I know that they have 24v going to them. There is also no water leaks.
