It's not clear to me if approx. 10m between water and pump is vertical height. If so, it is just about the limit for the pump that uses atmospheric air pressure to bring up water.

The atmospheric air pressure is 1013 hPa (formerly milibar, now hecto Pascal) or 760mmHg in average. 760mmHg (mercury) is approximately 10.33m of H2O. When the low pressure comes (bad weather like hurrycane), air pressure goes 850 - 950 hPa, and significantly lowers pump capability.

The limit of your pump is 10.33m under normal weather at 100% efficiency . If you want to have continuous sufficient water supply from 10m deep tank, you may have to use submerge type pump that pushes water rather than sucks.

Since you do not specify vertical distance from center of pump to top of tank. Mota Nakajima is correct. Easier to push than suck water and the system has to be air tight and leak proof. Hard to do over time. Submersible as Mota San says is the way to go. Sayonara and aloha.
