How to lay out irrigation system?

Hi all,

I got a new irrigation system in a kit - includes soaker hoses, feeder hoses, water sensor, ect. I'm wondering how best to set them out in my garden. I've already plowed & tilled, and set out my raised rows:

Should the soaker hoses just lay directly in between each raised hill? Or am I supposed to get them on top of the rows somehow and weave between? I had planned on putting down landscape fabric and then covering with mulch.

Place it in the trough between the rows and see how the water spreads into the rows. Depends on your type of soil. Aloha
