I'm really a newcomer to all of this and while I can research all day/week/month long I probably wouldn't get 1/10th of the insight / assistance needed if I were to just toss it out here...

Below is a link to a very rough sketch of my front lawn that I threw together in visio yesterday. The total size of the "lawn" area is just under 1900 sq. ft. and it's probably only going to be a one zone system - at least until I expand and renovate the back yard next year.

I just have no idea where to place the heads and how many I'll need. If having dimensional call-outs would help, I'll throw those in tomorrow after I measure out the lawn tonight.
