Just a few questions concerning your system:
1. Are you connected to a hose faucet or to your houses mainline before it goes into your house?
2. Is the pressure markedly low? so low your sprinkler won't shoot at all or just a stream?
3. When you flushed the line was there good flow and pressure?
4. Did you check the other heads and areas for leaking and wet spots?
5. Is your drip tape on the same line with your sprinkler without an in-line pressure reducer?
6. Are you willing to do some diagnostic testing, pipe cutting and re-gluing?
7. Do you know what your old pressure and flow was? Do you know what it is now?

If you believe your water source is not your problem, put in a new automatic valve in zone 4 and see what happens. That doesn't take alot of time or expense.
