I'm planning on putting that stuff on the faucet, running the hose to where I start my drip line with a hose connection, and connecting the hose there. This is my first irrigation system though, so I hope someone else out there will correct me if I'm wrong!

A few question first before I get into meaningful scenarios. Do you have irrigation in the back yard? Do you know where the mainline is for that system? Are you willing to tackle working on that line if some told you what to do? Is your kitchen in the back of the house? Is your sink located along an exterior wall? Do you happen to have a plan of your home and plumbing? Do you know where the automatic valves are located for your irrigation system? Do you know the pressure to or in your house? Do you know the flow rate from your existing faucet? I guess that was more than a few question. The more you answer the easier and less costly the solution or the more knowledgeable you will be dealing with a contractor. Aloha
