Number of lines for 1/4' dripline

Hello all,

I am setting up a drip irrigation system and wanted some advice for setting things up. I have 100' of 1/4 dripline with 6" spacing. My rows are mostly 10' long and 3' wide. Below I've included a diagram of the garden. I am growing a lot of tomatoes, some chilies, various squashes and beans. I am wondering if I should just run the dripline down the center of the row, or if I need to do several runs of line?

The tomato are planted down the middle row. Squash and chili are staggered. Just wondering if how I have shown here is the best way. The dark blue is 1/2" mainline, the light blue is the dripline.

I have a timer and was wondering how long one generally lets the system drip during the day. Mornings or evenings? Thanks!
